  • Taiko Community Alliance, Board Member & Volunteer
    • Served as Board Vice Chair (2021-22), led efforts to produce livestream events recognizing and supporting taiko artists and groups who have been inpacted by the COVID-19 outbreak
    • Contributed as a Volunteer (2017-2024) to spearhead efforts to increase participation in the 2020 Taiko Census and conduct studies to understand membership conversion
    • Created a participant-workshop matching algorithm in Python & Matlab for the North American Taiko Conference (NATC) in 2017 & 2019, and the Regional Taiko Gathering (RTG) in 2018
